摘要:
 采用Li-COR6400便携式光合分析仪进行光合生理指标测定,分别对4年生挪威槭、北美枫香和美国红栌3种彩叶植物叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Co)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等进行对比分析。结果表明,美国红栌的光饱和点和补偿点均较挪威槭和北美枫香的低。3种彩叶植物的净光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,存在光合“午休”现象。通过对所测数据分析,得出了3种彩叶植物的光合速率、蒸腾速率等的日变化规律,并分析了其光合速率、蒸腾速率及其他因子间的关系,3种彩叶植物光合速率受气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率的共同作用。该研究为彩叶树种的引种及栽培提供科学依据。
Abstract:
 In this paper, we measured net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Co) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of three colore-leafed plants Acer platanoides, Liquidambar styraciflua, and Cotinus coggygria leaf by using Li-COR6400 photosynthesis analyzer system. The results showed that the light saturation point (LSP) and light compensation point (LCP) of C. coggygria were lower than A. platanoides and L. styraciflua . The curves of Pn of three color-leafed plants had two peaks. There was a clear depression at noon. The diurnal variation of photosynthetic evaporation of the three species were revealed according to data analysis. Relationship between photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and other factors were analyzed. The photosynthesis was limited by ond, Ci and Tr factors. According to this study some suggestions on citing and planting of color-leafed plants were proposed.
