摘要:
 以白刺2~3年生枝条为材料进行硬枝扦插,探讨NAA、IBA、ABT-1作为生长调节剂,不同浓度、不同处理时间对插条当年成活率和越冬保存率的影响。结果表明,从成活率看,供试激素ABT-1与NAA、IBA均有显著差异;从保存率看,ABT-1与NAA有显著差异、与IBA无显著差异。3种激素对促进插条成活效果排序为:ABT-1>IBA>NAA>CK;对促进插条越冬保存效果的排序为:IBA>ABT-1>NAA>CK。处理时间对插条成活率、保存率的影响最大,处理3 h对促进插条成活、越冬保存效果最佳。综合考虑因素间交互作用,促进白刺硬枝扦插成活效果最佳组合为50 mg·L-1ABT-1 处理6 h,成活率为80.5%,越冬保存率为59.4%;促进白刺硬枝扦插越冬保存效果最佳组合为50 mg·L-1 IBA 处理3 h,成活率为69.6%,保存率为61.3%。
Abstract:
 Using 2-3 years hardwood branches of Nitraria tangutorum as materials, the effects of different hormone treatments on survival rate and preserving rate were explored, including 3 kinds of hormone (NAA, IBA and ABT-1), 6 concentration gradients and 4 different processing time. The test data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SAS9.0 software. For the survival rate, there were significant differences between ABT-1 and NAA, ABT-1 and IBA; for the preserving rate, there was significant difference between ABT-1 and NAA, no difference between ABT-1 and IBA. The order of three hormones to promote survival rate was ABT-1> IBA> NAA> control; the order of three hormones to promote preservation rate was IBA> ABT-1> NAA> control. Of all the factors, processing time was the most important one to promote survival rate and preserving rate, and the best processing time was 3 h. Considering the interaction among the factors, for hardwood cuttings of N. tangutorum, the best combination for survival rate was ABT-1 with 50 mg·L-1 by 6 h, in which the survival rate and preserving rate could be 80.5% and 59.4%, respectively; and the best combination for preserving rate was IBA with 50 mg·L-1 by 3 h, in which the survival rate and preserving rate could be 69.6% and 61.3%, respectively.
