摘要:
 分别对自制可逆热致变色结晶紫内酯微胶囊和市售蓝色微胶囊进行显微结构观察、粒径分析,测定未处理的微胶囊的变色温度与变色时间,对其进行加热、浸泡有机溶剂、浸泡化学试剂、升降温处理,再测定其变色温度与变色时间。结果表明,和市售蓝色微胶囊相比,自制结晶紫内酯微胶囊粒径较小,变色较灵敏,具有较好的分散性,但变色温度范围较小。自制结晶紫内酯微胶囊具有较好的耐有机溶剂性能和化学稳定性能,两者均有优良的耐热老化性能和耐疲劳性能。
Abstract:
 Microstructure observation and grain size analysis of self-made and commercially available blue capsul was carried out respectivelg. Temperatures and time at which the color of capsule began to change were measured. The results demonstrated that compared with the commercial blue microcapsule, the self-made capsule had smaller grain size, color-changing was more sensitive and had better dispensability, but the color-changing temperature range was limited. And the self-made microcapsule had better resistance to organic solvent and chemical stability, two microcapsules had excellent resistance to heat and aging, as well as to fatigue.
