摘要:
 为确立早实核桃成龄树的适宜修剪方法,以10年生早实核桃‘绿岭’为试验材料,研究重回缩、拉枝、既重回缩又拉枝(常规修剪)和放任生长4种不同修剪方式的核桃树冠中层叶片净光合速率和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:重回缩、拉枝、既重回缩又拉枝(常规修剪)和放任生长4种修剪方式的树冠内膛最大净光合速率分别为6.74、7.66、9.27 μmol·m-2·s-1和4.82 μmol·m-2·s-1,常规修剪(既重回缩又拉枝)处理的最大;4种修剪方式在7:00时的Fv/Fm值分别为0.86、0.863、0.87和0.848,除重回缩处理在15:00达到低谷外,其他3种修剪方式均在13:00达到低谷,且最低值分别为0.843、0.842、0.837和0.846,下降幅度从高到低依次为常规修剪(既重回缩又拉枝)>拉枝>重回缩>放任生长;4种修剪方式一日中初始荧光Fo的平均值分别为186.87、184.52、201.83和183.64,常规修剪(既重回缩又拉枝)处理的最大;4种修剪方式在7:00时的ETR值分别为3.08、3.33、3.28和3.52,到11:00时分别达到了7.79、8.10、8.17和7.66,4种修剪方式的上升幅度从高到低依次为常规修剪(既重回缩又拉枝)>拉枝>重回缩>放任生长。
Abstract:
 In order to determine an appropriate pruning method of adult precocious walnut trees, net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll flourescence parameters of four pruning methods were studied in 2013, such as heavy head-cutting back (HHB), bending branch (BB), common pruning (CP)-combination of heavy head-cutting back with bending branch, and non-pruning (NP). The results showed that the highest net photosynthetic rates in inner crown for four pruning methods mentioned above were 6.74, 7.66, 9.27 μmol·m-2·s-1and 4.82 μmol·m-2·s-1, respectively. The values of Fv/Fm in the morning (7:00) were 0.86, 0.863, 0.87, and 0.848, respectively. The lowest value of Fv/Fm for HHB appeared at 15:00, and at 13:00 for other three methods, namely, 0.843, 0.842, 0.837, and 0.846, respectively, indicating the decrease amplitude from high to low was CP, BB, HHB, and NP. The average values of Fo in a day for four pruning treatments were 186.87, 184.52, 201.83, and 183.64, respectively,demonstrating the highest value was CP. The ETR values of the four pruning treatments were 3.08, 3.33, 3.28, and 3.52, respectively at 8:00, and 7.79, 8.10, 8.17 and 7.66 at 11:00.
