摘要:
 为了研究利用数码图像技术进行杂交榛氮素营养诊断的可行性,采用数字扫描仪获取杂交榛叶片图像,分析不同时期杂交榛叶片含氮量与叶片色彩参数及SPAD值之间的相关性。结果表明,展叶后期和子房膨大期的SPAD值与叶片N含量间呈极显著正相关;展叶后期,H、B、NBI与叶片N含量呈极显著正相关,NGI、G/B、R/B与叶片N含量呈极显著负相关;子房膨大期,H、B、NBI与叶片N含量呈极显著正相关,NGI、G/R、G/B、R/B与叶片N含量呈极显著负相关;幼果迅速发育期,I、R、B与叶片N含量呈极显著正相关。可见,应用数字图像技术进行杂交榛氮素营养诊断是可行的。
Abstract:
 In order to study the feasibility of using digital image technology to diagnose hybrid hazel nitrogen nutrition, the image of hybrid hazel leaf was obtained by digital scanner, and the relationships between leaf nitrogen content with leaf color parameters and SPAD values were analyzed. The results showed that the correlations between leaf nitrogen content and SPAD values were significant in the end of leaf-expansion period and ovary enlargement stage. In the end of leaf-expansion period, there existed a significantly positive correlation between H, B  and NBI with leaf nitrogen content and a significantly negative correlation between NGI, G/B, R/B with leaf nitrogen content. In ovary enlargement stage, there existed a significantly positive correlation between H, B and NBI with leaf nitrogen content and a significantly negative correlation between NGI, G/R, G/B and R/B with leaf nitrogen content. In young fruits fast growth period, there existed a significantly positive correlation between I, R and B with leaf nitrogen content. It is obvious that using digital image technology to diagnose nitrogen nutrition of hybrid hazel is feasible.
