摘要:
 以4-10月7批次采收的6个品种桃叶为试验材料,采用超声波辅助萃取法提取,紫外分光光度计法测定,分析比较了桃叶的总黄酮含量。结果表明,桃叶片中总黄酮含量依生长期存在显著性差异,6个试验品种生长期总黄酮月均值高低排序为4月(42.79 mg·g-1)>10月(28.36 mg·g-1)>7月(26.70 mg·g-1)>5月(24.11 mg·g-1)>8月(23.98 mg·g-1)>9月(23.07 mg·g-1)>6月(19.05 mg·g-1)。不同品种桃叶的总黄酮含量也差异显著,其平均值从高到低排序为:中油8号(31.34 mg·g-1)>瑞蟠7号(29.52 mg·g-1)>京春(29.45 mg·g-1)>早硕蜜(26.24 mg·g-1)>早黄(23.91 mg·g-1)>燕红11(20.72 mg·g-1)。同一生长期不同品种总黄酮含量差异显著,其中6月初的差异最大。综合考虑桃树生长需要和品种间差异,建议对4月份修剪掉的桃树嫩叶和9月底或10月初桃子采收后的桃叶中的黄酮加以开发利用。
Abstract:
 The contents of flavonoids in peach leaves of 6 different cultivars collected 7 times from April to October were measured to examine the differences among different cultivars and collected time. Significant differences in the average contents of all the cultivars were found among different growing periods: April (42.79 mg·g-1) > October (28.36 mg·g-1) >July (26.70 mg·g-1) >May (24.11 mg·g-1) > August (23.98 mg·g-1) > September (23.07 mg·g-1) >June (9.05 mg·g-1), either among different cultivars: Zhongyou8 (31.34 mg·g-1)> Ruipan7( 29.52 mg·g-1) > Jingchun (29.45 mg·g-1) > Zaoshuomi (26.24 mg·g-1) >Zaohuang (23.91 mg·g-1) > Yanhong11 (20.72 mg·g-1). Within the same growing period, differences were significant among different cultivars, especially in June. Considering peach growth demands, the trimmed tender peach leaves in April and the leaves after the collection of fruit in late September and early October were recommended to collect peach leaves for use.
