摘要:
 采用金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)作为指示菌,由D值计算法得到了对苦杏壳木醋液在不同浓度时的存活曲线及死亡曲线,从而精确求得最小抑菌浓度(MIC):木醋液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的MIC分别为0.44%和0.46%,可见木醋液对2种代表性细菌有较显著的抑菌效果;采用滤纸片法,对木醋液抑菌稳定性测试结果表明,苦杏壳木醋液在温度、pH值、紫外光、活性碳吸附及微波加热等不同处理下,抑菌效果基本不变,具有良好的抑菌稳定性。
Abstract:
 Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were used as indicator bacteria to investigate the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of pyroligneous acid made from bitter almond shell. The procedures included to obtain the survival and mortal curves under different concentrations of the acid by decimal reduction time method (D value method), and then to get MIC. The MIC of pyroligneous acid to S. aureus and E. coli were 0.44% and 0.46%, respectively, indicating the significant inhibitory effects of the acid. The inhibition stability of the acid to temperature, acid, alkali, ultraviolet, activated carbon, and microwave were also studied by filter paper method. The results demonstrated that the acid almost kept the same level of the inhibition to bacteria under different treatments, showing its satisfactory antibacterial stability.
