摘要:
 采用盆栽控水法,测定持续干旱胁迫下1年生一球悬铃木(4个家系)、二球悬铃木和三球悬铃木叶片的相对含水量(RWC)、脯氨酸含量(Pro)等生理指标。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度增加,悬铃木幼苗的保护酶活性均呈现先升后降的趋势,RWC呈下降趋势,Pro含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量整体呈上升趋势。各指标的变化幅度在不同树种间的表现不一。经隶属函数法分析得出悬铃木幼苗的抗旱性大小顺序为一球悬铃木>二球悬铃木>三球悬铃木,通过灰色关联度分析可知各指标与其抗旱性关联顺序为过氧化物酶(POD)>过氧化氢酶(CAT)>超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)>Pro>RWC>MDA。
Abstract:
 One year old seedlings of Platanus occidentalis (including four pedigrees),P. × acerifolia and P. orientalis were pot cultured and subjected to continuous drought stress. Physiological parameters, such as leaf relative water content (RWC),proline contents (Pro) and so on were measured. The results indicated that with the increase of drought stress,the protective enzyme activities of sycamore seedlings all increased at the beginning and decreased at last,RWC all decreased,the contents of Pro and MDA all increased. The changing of physiological indexes in different species showed different ranges. The membership function was used to rank their drought tolerance capabilities,and the order was: P. occidentalis>P. acerifolia> P. orientalis. The results of grey correlative degree analysis indicated that the correlation order between physiological indexes and drought resistance was POD>CAT>SOD>Pro>RWC>MDA.
