摘要:
 为探讨低温胁迫条件下核桃枝条内的生化代谢与树体抗冻能力之间的关系,对离体‘香玲’核桃枝条以-2℃、0℃、4℃低温处理,在处理后不同时间测定分析相关酶活性与抗冻蛋白含量。结果表明,-2℃、0℃、4℃低温胁迫能够使核桃枝条内SOD、CAT、POD的活性显著提高,脯氨酸的含量在0℃、4℃的低温胁迫下显著增加。说明SOD、CAT、POD和脯氨酸参与了核桃树体的抗低温胁迫反应。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the relationship between the biochemical metabolism occurring in the branches of walnut and cold resistance capability of the tree under cold stress, one-year-old branches of cultivar Xiangling were treated by low temperatures ranged from -2℃ to 4℃, and then the antioxidant enzyme activities and the contents of soluble proteins and proline were measured. The results showed that compared with the control, the antioxidant enzyme activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased dramatically compared to the control and the proline content was higher. This finding suggests that the antioxidant enzymes and the proline are involved in the cold tolerance reaction in walnut tree.
