摘要:
 针对新疆地区严重危害枣果产业健康发展的枣果黑斑病,经形态学观察、病理学接种试验并结合ITSRPB2基因片段联合系统发育分析,确定其病原菌为链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)。生物学特性研究表明病原菌(Q、WY菌株)的最适温度为25℃,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为蛋白胨,光照对菌丝生长有促进作用。Q菌株最适培养基为PSA,最适pH为5;WY最适培养基JA,最适pH为8。
Abstract:
 Black spot occurring in jujube fruit in Xinjiang is a serious disease that damage development of jujube fruit industry in this region. After morphological observation, pathological inoculation test, as well as the combination of ITS and RPB2 gene fragment combined phylogenetic analysis, the pathogenic fungi was determined as Alternaria alternata. Biological characteristic examination showed that the optimum temperature for the fungi (Strain Q and WY) was 25℃, the optimum carbon source was soluble starch, the most suitable nitrogen source was peptone, illumination demonstrated a promoting effect on mycelial growth. For strain Q, the best medium was PSA and the optimum pH was 5; for WY the optimum medium was JA, and the optimal pH was 8.
