摘要:
 在毛竹林中采用竹腔注射方式进行富硒施肥试验,注射含亚硒酸钠1.5 mg·mL-1的富硒肥10 mL·株-1,通过采集并检测毛竹各器官样品中不同形态硒含量以研究硒元素在毛竹各器官中的赋存形态和分布规律。结果表明:富硒毛竹各器官硒含量与对照相比提高了148.31%~391.64%;竹叶、竹根中硒含量分别达到0.318 9、0.172 8 mg·kg-1,显著高于毛竹其他器官;富硒毛竹竹篼、来鞭硒含量在不同年龄之间差异达到显著水平,其他器官硒元素含量在不同年龄之间差异不显著;富硒毛竹竹枝与竹秆以及竹篼、来鞭、去鞭相互之间的硒含量具有显著正相关关系;富硒毛竹各器官中硒赋存形态主要为有机形态硒,占全硒含量的94.46%~97.29%,其中以蛋白结合态硒为主。
Abstract:
 A selenium fertilization experiment was conducted by using bamboo cavity injection method in Phyllostachys edulis plantations . Selenium enriched fertilizer containing sodium selenite 1.5 mg·mL-1 was injected into bamboo cavity for 10 mL per plant. Through collecting and detecting the selenium content in various organ samples of bamboo to study the existing form and distribution of selenium. The experimental results showsed that selenium content in various organs of selenium enriched bamboo compared with the control increased by 148.31% to 391.64%. Selenium content in the leaves and roots of selenium enriched bamboo reached 0.318 9 mg·kg-1 and 0.172 8 mg·kg-1, respectively ,significantly higher than other organs. Differences of selenium content in bamboo strips and rhizomes between different ages reached significant level,and not significant in other organs. Significantly positive correlations were observed in selenium contents among bamboo branches, stems and stumps, and rhizomes. Selenium was mainly existed in bamboo organs in organic form, accounting for 94.46% to 97.29% of the total. The selenium was bonded with proteins to form its organic form.
