摘要:
 利用斑蝥素作为灰斑古毒蛾(Orgyia ericae)核型多角体病毒(OrerNPV)的生物增效剂,研究探讨斑蝥素对OrerNPV室内毒力和林间防治效果的作用。通过室内对病毒制剂添加不同浓度的微量斑蝥素,测定分析其对OrerNPV毒力的增效作用,对增效作用进行了林间测试。研究发现,室内条件下斑蝥素对OrerNPV毒力具有显著的增效作用,能够显著缩短病毒对害虫的致死时间、并提高致死率;同时,斑蝥素作为增效剂显著提高了OrerNPV对灰斑古毒蛾的林间防治效果。
Abstract:
 Cantharidin was used as the virulence enhancer for Orgyia ericae nucleopolyhedrovirus (OrerNPV) against its host insects. The tests were done by bioassay in lab and in the forests. The results indicated that the LT50 and LT90 values were both reduced significantly and the mortality was also increased significantly when cantharidin was supplemented as biological enhancer. Moreover, the field assay showed that the control effect was improved significantly also by cantharidin.
