摘要:
 阐明新疆北疆克拉玛依市乌尔禾区引种竹柳(Salix fragilis)在不同灌水量下光合参数的变化规律,寻找春季最适宜竹柳生长的灌溉量,对干旱地区的引种植物和抚育提供可操作的实践依据和科学根据。采用人工控水的方式,以1年生嫁接健康引种竹柳幼苗为对象,设置4个不同灌水量0 L·m-2(对照CK)、6 L·m-2(W1)、12 L·m-2(W2)、18 L·m-2(W3),用Li-6400XT便携式光合测定仪测定其叶片的光合参数。当灌水量6 L·m-2(W1)时,竹柳的净光合速率在1~7的积分值在4个灌水量中是最大的(87.41);最大水分利用效率(WUE)也是在6 L·m-2(W1)灌水量下最高(1.930 μmol·mmol-1)。灌水量6 L·m-2(W1)是竹柳幼苗生长比较适宜的水分环境条件,过度干旱(CK)或水淹(W3)都会对竹柳的净光合速率产生抑制。
Abstract:
 In order to know the variation patterns of photosynthetic characteristics of Salix fragilis under different water quantities of irrigation to provide scientific basis for the introduction and tendering of the plants to arid area,and to find optimal irrigation water quantity,one-year-old healthy grafted seedlings were irrigated with different amounts of water: 0 L·m-2(control),6 L·m-2(W1),12 L·m-2(W2),18 L·m-2(W3),respectively.Photosynthetic parameters of the seedlings were measured by Li-6400XT.It was found that the optimal irrigation water quantity was 6 L·m-2 (W1),by which the highest net photosynthetic rate (87.41) and water use efficiency (1.930 μmol·mmol-1) were observed,indicating that it was satisfactory quantity of irrigation water.Drought (control) or over irrigation (W3) would remarkably inhibit net photosynthetic rate of the seedlings.
