摘要:
 为了阐明竹柳(Salix matsudana Koidz cv.zhuliu)对重金属Pb2+胁迫的耐受性和吸附能力,以竹柳插穗(直径1 cm,长度15 cm)生根苗为材料,在水培试验条件下,观测不同Pb2+浓度(0、100、200、400 mg·L-1)下的竹柳生长、光合参数和各器官矿质元素含量,分析Pb2+胁迫对竹柳的影响。结果表明:竹柳株高、叶数、根长及生物量在100 mg·L-1 Pb2+胁迫下均增加,但在200、400 mg·L-1胁迫下,均受到抑制;100 mg·L-1 Pb2+胁迫促进竹柳光合速率,随着Pb2+胁迫递增,在200、400 mg·L-1 Pb2+胁迫下,竹柳的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度受到抑制,胞间CO2浓度升高;不同Pb2+胁迫条件下,在竹柳各器官的分布情况为:根>叶>茎,随着Pb2+胁迫递增,Pb2+在各器官的积累也逐渐升高,但相应的转运系数和富集系数则逐渐减小;不同浓度Pb2+胁迫,促进了竹柳各器官对矿质元素Ca2+的吸收(p<0.05),但却抑制了K+和Mg2+的吸收。表明竹柳对Pb2+胁迫有一定的耐受性和适应性。
Abstract:
 To study the tolerance and adsorption capacity of Salix matsudana Koidz cv.zhuliu against Pb2+ contamination,cuttings of S.matsudana were cultured in water with four different Pb2+ concentrations (0,100,200 and 400 mg·L-1).The growing indexes,photosynthetic parameters and the contents of mineral elements in various organs were measured and analyzed.The results showed that,100 mg·L-1 Pb2+ stress promoted the growth,while 200 mg·L-1 and 400 mg·L-1 Pb2+ stress suppressed the plant height,leaf number,the length of root and the biomass.With the increase of Pb2+ concentration,the photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance firstly increased and then decreased,however the intercellular CO2 concentration increased continuously.The distribution of Pb2+ in various organs was in the order of root > leaf > stem.Pb2+ accumulated gradually in various organs with the increase of Pb2+ concentration,but both the corresponding transport coefficients and the enrichment factors decreased.Pb2+ stress facilitated the absorption of Ca2+ in different organs significantly (p<0.05),but inhibited the absorption of K+ and Mg2+.The study indicated that S.matsudana Koidz cv.zhuliu could adapt and resist Pb2+ stress in a certain extent.
