摘要:
 以菲黄竹(Sasa auricoma)和翠竹(Sasa pygmaea)2种地被竹为试验材料,研究全光照、遮阴度35%~40%和遮阴度75%~80% 3种处理后其光合特性的变化,探讨2种地被竹对遮阴环境的光合生理适应性。结果表明:在3种光强下,随着光强减弱,2种地被竹叶片最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、光饱和点(LSP)、光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)等光合参数,类胡萝卜素(Cars)含量、叶绿素a/b(Chl a/b)比值、类胡萝卜素/叶绿素(Cars/Chl)比值和比叶重(LMA)以及可溶性蛋白(SP)含量均有降低趋势,而叶绿素(Chl)含量增加,表明2种地被竹均能适应不同的生长光强。在相同光强下,翠竹拥有较低的LCP和较高的LSPPnmax和Chl b相对含量,与菲黄竹相比,对遮阴环境的适应能力较强。作为地被竹耐阴性评价的10个指标,运用主成分分析转换成相互独立的2个综合指标,通过综合隶属函数值评定的耐阴性强弱顺序为翠竹>菲黄竹。
Abstract:
 The experiments on the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of two dwarf bamboo species,Sasa auricoma and S.pygmaea under full light,35%-40% and 75%-80% shading conditions were conducted and physiological adaptability under shading environment was also explored.The results indicated that compared with light environment,shading decreased maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pnmax),light saturation point (LSP),light compensation point (LCP),dark respiration rate (Rd),carotenoid content (Cars),ratio of Chl a to Chl b (Chl a/b),ratio of carotenoid to total chlorophyll (Car/Chl),lamina mass per unit area (LMA) and soluble protein content (SP),while the chlorophyll content (Chl) increased.It is displayed that two dwarf bamboo species could acclimate to different light regimes in this study.Under all light regimes,S.pygmaea had lower LCP and higher LSP,Pnmax and Chl b.The acclimation capacity to shading environment was stronger in S.pygmaea than in S.auricoma.Ten suitable indices for shading tolerance evaluation were transformed to 2 independent comprehensive indices with principal component analysis.According to subordinate function value the order of shade tolerance was S.pygmaea>S.auricoma.
