摘要:
 以浙江红山茶(Camellia chekiangoleosa)的花粉为材料,采用花粉离体培养法,研究不同浓度蔗糖、硼酸所组成的液体培养基对浙江红山茶花粉萌发的影响,筛选出花粉最适离体培养基,同时探讨了不同储藏条件对花粉活力的影响。结果表明:浙江红山茶在150 g·L-1蔗糖+0.1 g·L-1硼酸的液体培养基条件下萌发率最高(88.36%),且在4℃低温条件下密封保存有利于浙江红山茶新鲜花粉活力的保持,花粉生活力可以维持60 d左右。
Abstract:
 Effects of the media with different concentrations of sucrose,boron on pollen vitality of Camellia chekiangoleosa were examined in vitro to select the optimal medium.Influences of different storage conditions on pollen vitality were also studied.It was found that the optimum medium was sucrose 150 g·L-1+H3BO3 0.1 g·L-1,in which the rate of germination was 88.36%,and the pollens of C.chekiangoleosa Hu sealed under 4℃ was beneficial to maintain the pollen vitality.
