摘要:
 为了进一步富集生物油中的酚类物质,在前期研究的基础上,以脱水生物油的乙酸乙酯提取物为原料。在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法,以总酚含量为指标,对影响氢氧化钠富集酚类物质的几个工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:生物油的乙酸乙酯提取物经碳酸氢钠溶液除去酸性较强的乙酸后,进一步用氢氧化钠进行酚类化合物富集的最佳工艺参数为:氢氧化钠浓度5.0%,萃取体积比1.35,酸化pH=7,产物的总酚含量的理论值为852.95 mg·g-1。验证试验所得的总酚含量为845.72 mg·g-1,与理论值差异不显著。该结果为生物油的高效利用提供了理论依据,为生物油在抗氧化、抗菌和合成树脂等方面提供了一条新的途径。
Abstract:
 In order to enrich the phenolic components from bio-oil,based on our previous study,we used the ethyl acetate extracts from dehydrated bio-oil as material and sodium hydroxide solution as medium to carry out the experiment.Based on the results of single factor experiment in which the total content of phenolic components was taken as index,response-surface methodology was adopted to optimize the procedure of the enrichment.The results demonstrated that after those with relatively stronger acidity,such as acetic acid was removed by sodium hydrogen carbonate,parameters of enriching phenolic components from bio-oil by sodium hydroxide were as follows: concentration of sodium hydroxide:5%; ratio of the volume of sodium hydroxide solution to the volume of material being enriched:1.35; and pH of acidification: 7,by which the theoretical content of phenolic components was 852.95 mg·g-1,and in verified experiment,the content of phenolic components was 845.72 mg·g-1,not significantly different form theoretical value.The results of this study would provide theoretical basis for high performance utilization of bio-oil,and an effective way to further apply bio-oil in the field of making anti-oxidants,anti-microbial,and resin synthesis.
