摘要:
 以表面粗糙度、底漆涂布量、面漆涂布量、固化时间为因子,采用4因素4水平正交试验,研究火力楠木材涂饰聚氨酯清漆工艺。结果表明,火力楠木材涂饰聚氨酯清漆的最佳工艺为:砂光表面粗糙度为3.28 μm(选用150目砂带),底漆涂布量30 g·m-2,面漆涂布量90 g·m-2,固化时间8 h;漆膜性能:附着力为1级;耐磨性平均失重量为0.058 g;抗冲击性平均等级为2级。表面涂饰聚氨酯清漆后,明度(L*)降低,黄蓝轴色品指数(b*)增大,促进木材偏黄的特点,增强了木材偏红的特点;明显改善了木材的光泽度。SEM分析表面:适宜的表面接触角有利于漆膜与火力楠木材的界面结合。
Abstract:
 The coating process of polyurethane varnish on Michelia macclurei timber was studied by orthogonal experiment with five factors and four levels,of which,surface roughness,primer amount,topcoat amount and curing time were influence variables.The best parameters of coating process were found as roughness:3.28 μm (sand band with 150 mesh),primer amount: 30 g·m-2,topcoat amount: 90 g·m-2 and curing time:8 h.Adhesion of the paint film was grade I,and average weight loss of abrasion resistance was 0.058 g,and impact resistance was grade II.The coating decreased its lightness value (L*) while increased the b* value,by which the yellowish features was strengthened and reddish features was enhanced.Consequently,surface glossiness obviously increased.It was also found that the optimal surface contact angle was favorable to the interface adhesion between film and timber by SEM.
