摘要:
 以W1-3、W28-2、W33-3等3个转胡杨PeDREB2b基因白三叶(Trifolium repens)株系为材料,非转基因白三叶海发为对照,测定了植株在不同浓度和不同时间盐胁迫下的盐害指数、存活率、叶片相对电导率、植株地上及地下部分Na+、K+含量变化、以及Na+/K+,从而评价转基因白三叶株系的耐盐能力。结果表明:1)白三叶“海发”及其转基因的3个株系在不同盐浓度胁迫下30 d存活率均为100%。胁迫过程中受害程度随着胁迫浓度增加和时间的延长而加重,高浓度胁迫30 d后,株系W33-3的盐害指数达67%,其他株系为40%左右。2)各株系叶片相对电导率随胁迫时间延长呈不同程度的增加趋势,盐胁迫30 d后,植株地上及地下部分Na+浓度呈显著升高,K+则呈降低趋势,Na+/K+比升高。3)采用隶属函数法综合分析,白三叶“海发”及其转基因的3个株系耐盐性强弱依次为W1-3>HF>W28-2>W33-3。
Abstract:
 Three transgenic lines were selected from transgenic white clover (Trifolium repens) obtained before,including W1-3,W28-2 and W33-3,while non-transgenic one was used as the control to examine their salt resistance.Salt injury indexes,relative electric conductivity,content variations of Na+,K+ and the ratios of Na+/K+ were measured under salt stress.The results showed that:1) After 30 days’ salt stress under different levels,the survival rate of transgenic white clover was 100%.With the increase of salt concentration and time,the salt injury index of W33-3 was 67%,and more than 40% for other lines.2) The relative electric conductivity of the stressed plants increased in different degrees with time.After 30 days,the content of Na+ significantly increased,while the content of K+ decreased,resulting in the increase of the ratio of Na+/K+.3) Through comprehensive analysis,it was concluded that the salt resistant capabilities of these three transgenic lines ranked as W1-3>Hf>W28-2>W33-3.
