摘要:
 以宁杞1号苗木为材料,采用OTC气室控制CO2浓度,设置自然环境CO2浓度(350±20 μmol·mol-1,CK)和倍增CO2浓度(700±20 μmol·mol-1,TR)2个处理,测定宁夏枸杞果实中蔗糖代谢相关酶活性的变化,研究大气CO2浓度倍增对宁夏枸杞果实糖代谢的影响。结果表明:在高浓度CO2下,夏果中(CO2处理90 d),合成酶类和分解酶类酶活性均为处理组>对照组,其中转化酶(AI、NI)活性差异极显著;秋果中(CO2处理120 d)合成酶类与分解酶类较夏果活性均有降低,分解酶类活性为处理组>对照组,合成酶类活性为处理组<对照组,且其中SS合成方向差异极显著。据此,AI、NI及SS(合成方向)可能是高浓度CO2下蔗糖代谢响应的关键酶,且长期高浓度CO2处理会降低宁夏枸杞果实中蔗糖代谢相关酶的活性。
Abstract:
 Taking Lycium barbarum seedlings of cultivar “Ningqi No.1” as research materials,effects of high atmospheric CO2 concentration on the activities of the enzymes related to sucrose metabolism were investigated by measuring the activities of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes in L.barbarum fruit.Two CO2 concentrations were set up:natural environment with a CO2 concentration of (350±20)μmol·mol-1 (control) and doubled CO2 concentration (700±20)μmol·mol-1 generated by open top chamber.The results showed that under high CO2 concentration,the activities of the enzymes on sucrose synthesis and decomposition in summer fruit 90 d after treatment were higher than those in the control,in which differences in invertase (AI,NI) activity was significant.While in autumn fruit 120 d after treatment,the activities of the enzymes on sucrose synthesis and decomposition were lower than those in summer fruit,the activities of the enzymes on sucrose decomposition were higher than those in the control,the activities of the enzymes on sucrose synthesis were lower than those in the control,and the differences in SS (synthetic direction) were significant.It was concluded that the acid invertase (AI),the neutral invertase (NI) and sucrose synthase (SS synthetic direction) activities might be the key factors of sucrose metabolism-related under doubled atmospheric CO2 concentrations.Moreover,the activities of sucrose metabolism-related enzymes would decrease under long-term doubled atmospheric CO2 concentration.
