摘要:
 应用高分1号和多期国产高分辨率卫星遥感影像对红星林业局林地动态变化进行目视解译与提取识别,检测林木采伐、占地、开垦和森林灾害等因素造成林地和林木的变化情况。结果表明,高分辨率卫星遥感监测林地动态变化解译正判率达95%以上,其可视化分析方法和技术为森林资源动态监测提供一定的科学支撑,为全国林地和林木采伐管理探讨技术方法。
Abstract:
 Dynamic changes of the forest lands managed by Hongxing Forestry Bureau were investigated by remote sensing images of GF-1 and other resources.Through visual interpretation,identification and extraction of the images,situations of forest resources were obtained from the aspects of harvesting,deforestation,occupation,reclamation,and forest disaster.The results showed that the interpretation accuracy for high resolution images on the dynamic variations of forest lands was more than 95%,indicating that the visualization analysis methods and techniques could be considered as an effective mean to monitor forest resources,and it could provide technical support for the national forest land management and forest harvesting.
