摘要:
 以方格法、称重法、系数法、回归方程法和Photoshop法等方法为对照,研究Digimizer数字图像法测定辽东山区蒙古栎叶面积。结果表明,Digimizer数字图像法和5种传统的叶面积测定方法的测定结果呈极显著线性相关关系,测定结果准确,稳定可靠,操作简单,可批量处理,不受分辨率、图片储存格式和扫描模式影响,还可测量叶片形态特征;建立了基于蒙古栎叶长宽乘积的叶面积幂函数模型(LA=0.805LW0.938),其R2高达0.979,检验精度在P=0.05和P=0.012水平分别为98.727%和98.181%,可作为辽东山区蒙古栎单叶面积估测模型。采用系数法时,辽东山区蒙古栎叶面积校正系数为0.584。
Abstract:
 By using 5 different approaches such as square,weight,coefficient,regression equation and Photoshop as comparisons,this paper studied the Digimizer digital image to measure the leaf area of Quercus mongolica.Most significant linear correlations were observed between the result of Digimizer digital image method and other 5 conventional methods.The results of the method was accurate,stabile,reliable,and easy to operate.It can be used for batch processing without considering the effects of resolution ratio,image storage format and the scan pattern.Besides,it can be used to measure the morphological characteristics of the leaf.The power function model (LA=0.805LW0.938) based on the length-width product of Q.mongolica was established,its R2 was 0.979 and the test precision was 98.727% (P=0.05) and changed to the 98.181%(P=0.01).It can be used as the estimation model of simple leaf area of the Q.mongolica.The leaf area correction coefficient of this species was 0.584 when using the coefficient method.
