摘要:
 以杜仲叶林栽培模式枝木为原料,在不同热解温度下制备木醋液,分别记为DC550、DC650、DC750、DC850、DC950。测定5组木醋液的部分理化指标、总酚含量、抗氧化活性和抑菌活性。结果表明:5组木醋液的理化指标和总酚含量存在显著差异,DC550的总酚含量最大(666.80 mg·g-1);对DPPH·、ABTS·自由基清除能力均弱于抗坏血酸(Vc),大小顺序为Vc>DC550>DC750>DC850>DC650>DC950;对供试菌种均有抑制作用,且差异较显著,其中DC550的抑菌能力最强,对植物病原菌的EC50为0.77~1.52 mg·g-1。通过GC-MS检出有较高抑菌和抗氧化活性的DC550共含化合物33种。
Abstract:
Eucommia ulmoides(EU) branches were pyrolyzed to prepare the crude pyroligneous acid at different pyrolytic temperatures,which were recorded as DC550,DC650,DC750,DC850,DC950,respectively.The total phenol content,antioxidant activity and antimicrobial activity of the crude pyroligneous acid from EU branches were comprehensively investigated.The results showed that the physicochemical indicators and phenol content had significant differences,and the total phenol content in DC550 was in maximum value (666.80 mg·g-1).Meanwhile,the scavenging activities of pyroligneous acid on DPPH and ABTS free radicals in DC550 exhibited the strongest antimicrobial activities among 5 groups and the range of EC50 to plant pathogens was 0.77-1.52 mg·g-1.Moreover,the DC550 (higher antimicrobial and antioxidant activity) contained about 33 kinds of compounds detected by GC-MS.
