摘要:
 以秦岭美容杜鹃不同颜色花瓣为试验材料,运用高效液相色谱一二级管阵列检测法和紫外-可见色素光谱分析法,对其色素进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:3种不同颜色的美容杜鹃花主要含有飞燕草素、天竺葵素、矢车菊素半乳糖苷、矢车菊素芸香苷、阿拉伯糖苷、芦丁、对香豆酸、二氢槲皮素、杨梅素、山奈酚和槲皮素等。花青素/苷以紫色美容杜鹃中含量最高,含量为4 107.45 mg·kg-1,白色美容杜鹃含量则为1 270.98 mg·kg-1, 说明美容杜鹃红色系形成的主要原因是含有大量花青素和所衍生的各种糖苷。本试验中美容杜鹃3种颜色花瓣中均有花青苷存在,这表明由于美容杜鹃花瓣中内面基部上方有1枚紫红色斑块,所以色素合成分布于整朵花中;其次美容杜鹃同种内花瓣颜色变化是以花青素/苷为主,其他类黄酮为辅的复合花色素表现而形成。
Abstract:
 The pigments in the petals of Rhododendron calophytum with different colors were identified by using high performance liquid chromatography and UV photo-spectrometer methods.The results demonstrated that the main chromogenic pigments in three different colors were delphinidin,pelargonidin,cyanidin-galactoside,cyanidin-3-rutinoside,arabinopyranoisde,rutin,ρ-coumaric acid,dihydroquercetin,myricetin,kaempferol and quecetin.The purple petal had the highest content of anthocyanin ( 4 107.45 mg·kg-1) and the white one contained the highest amount of anthocyanin (1 270.98 mg·kg-1).Therefore the formation of the red R.calophytum was mainly due to it contained a lot of anthocyanins,and various derived glycosides.Three different colors of R.calophytum in Qinling Mountains all had anthocyanin in their petals.Due to the purple patch was in the up inner surface of the base of petals,the pigment synthesis were distributed in the whole flower.The changes petal color within the same variety of R.calophytum were mainly due to the composite anthocyanidins which were mainly composed of anthocyanidins and other flavonoids.
