摘要:
 采用盆栽方法,以4个树种实生幼苗为材料,对不同浓度(0,250,500,750 mmol·L-1和1 000 mmol·L-1)NaHCO3胁迫下各树种的形态表现、生长及生理特性进行研究,比较4种植物耐盐性大小。结果表明,1)随着NaHCO3浓度的增加,4种植物幼苗的生长明显受到抑制,株高、生物积累量减少,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和叶绿素相对值降低,按降幅大小排列为黑果枸杞<柽柳<银水牛果<沙棘;2)随胁迫时间的延长,黑果枸杞和柽柳幼苗叶片的净光合速率在≤500 mmol·L-1的处理下先降低后回升,表明植物已经适应了该浓度的胁迫,具有较强的NaHCO3耐受性;3)低浓度(≤500 mmol·L-1)NaHCO3处理下沙棘和银水牛果通过增加根冠比提高对胁迫的抗性,高浓度(>500 mmol·L-1)处理下根冠比的增加不明显,黑果枸杞和柽柳在不同胁迫浓度之间根冠比值变化幅度较小,基本保持一致;4)综合分析4种植物的生长及生理指标,进行回归分析求得4种植物的耐盐阈值分别为黑果枸杞600 mmol·L-1、沙棘303 mmol·L-1、银水牛果470 mmol·L-1、柽柳516 mmol·L-1。比较得出4种植物的耐盐性大小为黑果枸杞>柽柳>银水牛果>沙棘。
Abstract:
 A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the NaHCO3 stress on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of 4 shrub species,Lycium ruthenicum,Hippophae rhamnoides,Shepherdia argentea and Tamarix chinensis.Five different levels of NaHCO3 were set:0,250,500,750,and 1 000 mmol·L-1.The results showed that 1) with the increase of NaHCO3 concentration,the seedling growth was obviously inhibited.The plant height and biomass accumulation decreased,as well as net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate and chlorophyll relative value.The decreasing amplitude of the growth index of four plants was in the order of L.ruthenicum<T.chinensis<S.argentea<H.rhamnoides.2) With the increase of salt-stress time,when the salt concentration was less than 500 mmol·L-1,Pn of L.ruthenicum and T.chinensis decreased at first and then increased,showing that plants had adapted to the NaHCO3 concentration,and the L.ruthenicum and T.chinensis also showed relatively high NaHCO3 tolerance.3) Under the lower concentration of NaHCO3 treatment,S.argentea and H.rhamnoides improved the NaHCO3 tolerance by increasing root/shoot ratio,L.ruthenicum and T.chinensis changed not obviously among different treatments.4) The salt tolerance threshold for L.ruthenicum was 600 mmol·L-1,516 mmol·L-1 for T.chinensis,470 mmol·L-1 for S.argentea and 303 mmol·L-1 for H.rhamnoides.Based on the analysis of growth and photosynthetic characteristics,the NaHCO3 tolerance of four plants were L.ruthenicum > T.chinensis >S.argentea > H.rhamnoides.
