摘要:
 基于珍贵用材林培育目标,在福建省明溪县内,对来源于6省9个地理种源的46个优树家系的南方红豆杉(Taxus wallichina var.mairei)3年生幼树的10个生长及干形性状进行测定与分析,进行生长性状与干形性状相关性分析,计算其遗传参数并提出其选择育种策略。结果表明,不同家系的3年生幼树生长及干形性状指标的变异系数介于27.08%~96.19%间,家系内的变异系数为9.34%~31.96%,说明家系与单株间均存在着明显的变异。南方红豆杉10个性状指标在家系间均存在显著性差异,且同一家系的性状间表现存在不一致性。南方红豆杉树高、胸径、冠幅和当年抽梢长度等生长性状间存在极显著性正相关,杈干率与树高、冠幅、当年抽梢长度间,高径比与地径间,侧枝密度与树高间存在显著性负相关。高径比与树高间,侧枝数量与树高、冠幅、当年抽梢长度间,最长侧枝长度与树高、地径、冠幅、和当年抽梢长度间显著性正相关,但最粗侧枝径与树高、胸径、冠幅、当年抽梢等生长性状间不存在显著性相关。1~3年生树高、地径性状极显著相关。南方红豆杉生长形质性状的家系广义遗传力变幅介于0.502 7~0.857 0之间,单株遗传力变幅介于0.197 3~0.798 8。其合理选择育种策略为采用综合系列性状表现进行优良家系选择为基础,重点加强家系-优良个体配合选择。
Abstract:
 In order to cultivate precious timber trees,in test plots of Mingxi of Fujian Province,10 growth and stem form quality characteristics of 3-year-old seedlings of 46 plus tree families of Taxus wallichina var.mairei from 9 provenances of 6 provinces were determined and their variance analyses were carried out,the correlations among 4 growth characteristics 6 stem form quality characteristics were analyzed,the genetic parameters were calculated,and selective breeding strategies were proposed.The results showed that change ranges of the coefficient of variation of those growth and stem form quality characteristics of 3-year-old seedlings from different families were 9.34%-31.96%.The coefficient of variation among individuals were 27.08%-96.19%,indicating that families and individuals existed significant variation.The differences in those 10 growth and stem form quality characteristics are extremely significant among different families,and there were inconsistency among trais performance in the same family.There were extremely and significantly positive correlation among the parameters such as height,ground diameter,crown width and length of shoot in current year.There were significantly negative correlation between height,crown width,length of shoot in current year to the forking rate,between ground diameter to height to diameter ratio,between branch density to height to diameter ratio.There were extremely significantly positive correlation between height to diameter ratio to height,between the number of branches to height,crown width,length of shoot in current year,between height,ground diameter,crown width and length of shoot in current year to maximum length of lateral branch.But there was not significant correlation between the maximum lateral collateral diameter to height,ground diameter,crown width,length of shoot in current year.there were extremely significantly positive correlation among 1 to 3 year old tree height and ground diameter.Change ranges of the family broad heritability of those growth and stem form quality characteristics were 0.502 7-0.857 0,those individual heritability were 0.197 3-0.798 8.The reasonable selective breeding strategy of T.wallichina var.mairei trees was based on excellent families selection by using comprehensive series characteristics performance method,and by focusing on combination selection of excellent families and plus trees.
