摘要:
 分别从苹果园土壤和腐烂落果中分离到了9株和5株嗜酸耐热菌,树冠上完整无损的健康苹果中未分离到,分离到的菌均为芽孢杆菌;菌落圆形,直径1.0~3.0 mm,中心稍凸起,有同心圆,半透明,不易挑起;以已知菌Alicyclobacillus acidoterretris为阳性对照,在分离到的14株菌中均扩增到了294 bp的目标条带,分子鉴定结果证明分离菌属于脂肪酸芽孢杆菌;该研究确定苹果汁中的嗜酸耐热菌最初来源于苹果园土壤。
Abstract:
 Nine and five Alicylobacillus acidoterrestris were isolated respectively from the soil and dropped apples in orchard,and A.acidoterrestris was not found in healthy apple.The isolates were Bacillus,colony was transparent,roughly round,1.0-3.0 mm in diameter,protrusion formed in the center,and difficult for collection.The 294 bp fragments were amplified from the isolates,suggesting that the isolates belong to Alicylobacillus spp..The results showed that the A.acidoterrestris found from apple juice was originated from orchard soil.
