摘要:
 利用力学加载的试验方法,测试板材在不同孔径比(α)情况下的极限抗拉拔力。根据定向刨花板与偏心连接件胀栓的连接配合关系,研究孔径比(α)对不同密度定向刨花板(OSB)、中密度纤维板(MDF)和普通刨花板(PB)之间极限抗拉拔强度的影响。结果表明,在导向孔径从小变大的过程中,试件的极限抗拔力会随着孔径比α值的增大而逐步增大,在达到各自某一个最大值后呈现逐步下降的趋势,定向刨花板的最大极限抗拔力出现在α值为0.91~0.93之间;当孔径比α值在0.91附近时,MDF、PB、OSB 3种人造板材的极限抗拔力都处在相对较高的水平,极限抗拔力的大小顺序为OSBⅡ、OSBⅠ、PB、MDF。在此阶段,OSBⅡ板材的极限抗拔力明显高于其他3种人造板材的极限抗拔力;在同等公称尺寸的情况下,人造板材密度越高,内结合强度越强,随之极限抗拔力则越高,结构越牢固。对于定向刨花板,OSBⅡ的极限抗拔力高于OSBⅠ,同时各项性能也明显优于常用的刨花板和中密度纤维板。
Abstract:
 Using the mechanical loading method,the ultimate pullout force of the panel in the case of different hole-diameter ratios (α) was tested.According to the connection and cooperation between the OSB (oriented strand board) and the expansion bolt of the eccentric connecting piece,the effects of aperture ratio (α) on the tensile strength limit between OSB with different densities,MDF (medium density fibreboard) and PB (particle board) were investigated.The results indicated that as the guide aperture changed from small to large,the ultimate pullout force gradually increased with the increase of the α,after reached respectively a maximum value,it tended to decline gradually.OSB maximum pullout force appeared in the alpha values between 0.91~0.93.When the alpha values were around 0.91,the ultimate pullout forces of three wood-based panels were in relatively high level.The magnitude order of the ultimate tensile stress was OSB II,OSB I,PB,and MDF.At this stage,the ultimate tensile stress of OSB II was significantly higher than those of the other three kinds of wood-based panels.In the case of the same nominal size,the higher the density of artificial board,the stronger the bonding strength is,the higher the ultimate tensile strength,the stronger the structure is.The ultimate tensile stress of OSB II was higher than that of OSB I,and the performance was also significantly better than those of common particle board and medium density fiber board.
