摘要:
 运用超效率DEA-Tobit模型对2000-2014年中国30个省(市、区)林业生产效率进行测度,分析中国林业生产效率的影响因素。结果表明,中国林业生产效率整体偏低,空间分异显著;财政支林比重、林业人力资本、林业科技水平等指标对高效率省区林业生产效率具有显著正向影响,对低效率省区林业生产效率具有显著负向影响,城市化水平对高效率省区林业生产效率具有显著正向影响,对低效率省区林业生产效率具有负向影响但不显著。
Abstract:
 This paper measured the forestry production efficiency of 30 provinces (cities,districts) in China from 2000 to 2014 and analyzed the influence factors by using super efficiency DEA-Tobit model.The results indicated that the overall level of forestry production efficiency of China was relatively low and existed spatial variations obviously.The financial support proportion on forestry,forestry human capital,and forestry science and technology level had significantly positive effects on forestry production efficiency in high efficiency provinces,which had significant negative impacts on forestry production efficiency in low efficiency provinces.In addition,urbanization level had a significantly positive influence on forestry production efficiency in high efficiency provinces but negative influence in low efficiency provinces quietly.
