摘要:
 以台湾大毛叶、紫阳、红苹果和丹霞4个杜鹃品种为研究对象,采用盆栽控水法对其在干旱胁迫下的叶绿素荧光参数进行研究。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,4个杜鹃品种在不同干旱胁迫条件下初始荧光(Fo)与非光化学淬灭系数(qN)从总体上看呈上升趋势;4个杜鹃品种在不同干旱胁迫条件下FmFv/FmFv/Fo、ΦPSⅡ、qP和ETR产量均出现不同程度的下降。
Abstract:
 Four cultivars of Rhododendron,including Taiwan Damaoye,Ziyang,Hongpinguo,and Danxia were selected to study the effects of drought stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters by potted water control method.The results indicated that when the level of drought stress increased,the minimal fluorescence (Fo) and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) increased generally.Under different levels of drought stress,the Fm,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ΦPSⅡ,qP and ETR all decreased with different degrees within four cultivars.
