摘要:
 以2年生棱枝山矾实生苗为试验材料,采用水培法研究不同强度酸碱(pH:4.5、5.5、6.5、7.5和8.5)处理对其生长和生理的影响,探讨对酸碱处理的适应机制。结果表明,棱枝山矾对酸处理具有一定的耐性,在pH 5.5~7.5处理下基本能正常生长;酸碱处理对植株的高度生长和生物量积累具有抑制作用;酸碱性越强,处理时间越长,伤害指数和细胞膜透性越大;随着酸碱处理时间的延长,游离脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和抗氧化酶活性呈上升—下降趋势;酸碱处理抑制抗氧化酶活性,影响可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸的积累;在酸碱处理条件下,棱枝山矾主要通过改变渗透调节物含量和抗氧化酶活性来适应酸碱环境。
Abstract:
 Seedlings of 2-year-old Symplocos tetragona were cultured by hydroponics with different pH (4.5,5.5,6.5,7.5,and 8.5) to observe the growth and physiological characters of the seedlings,and to further reveal the mechanism of the plant to the variation of pH environment.The results showed that the biennial seedlings were somewhat tolerable to acid treatment and it could grow normally within the pH range of 5.5-7.5.Acid and alkali treatment had an inhibitory effect on plant growth and biomass accumulation,while the damage index and cell membrane permeability showed a time-dependent tendency and were modified in an acid and alkali-dependent manner.As the treatment continued,the content of free proline showed a tendency of continuously increasing,while the content of chlorophyll and soluble sugar and the activity of antioxidant enzyme rose up first and then fell down.The acid and alkali treatment had an inhibitory effect on the antioxidant enzyme activity,and exerted influence on the accumulation of soluble sugar and free proline.In conclusion,S.tetragona modified the content of osmotic regulator and antioxidant enzyme activity to adapt to acid and alkali environment.
