摘要:
为探究河南宝天曼自然保护区内的短柄枹栎、麻栎、锐齿槲栎和栓皮栎的叶脉序特征差异,对4种栎属树木的叶片进行扫描,使用LEAF GUI叶脉序分析软件对叶脉序特征进行提取,通过主成分分析、单因素方差分析以及多重比较等方法对叶脉序特征进行分析,结果表明:1)麻栎、锐齿槲栎和栓皮栎通过增大叶脉密度来适应寒冷和干旱环境;2)麻栎和锐齿槲栎的叶脉间距离、叶脉边缘三维面积和二维面积以及闭合环形结构体积相对较小,叶脉密度和网眼密度相对较大,其叶脉系统运输能力更强;3)麻栎、锐齿槲栎和栓皮栎的叶脉密度和网眼密度相对较大,增强了叶脉系统的机械支持能力和抵御外部损伤能力。
Abstract:
To compare vein characteristics of Quercus serrata var.brevipetiolata,Q.acutissima,Q.aliena var.acuteserrata and Q.variabilis in Baotianman Natural Reserve of Henan,the leaves were scanned and the vein characteristics were extracted by software LEAF GUI.Principal component analysis,one-way anova and multiple comparison were used to analyze the vein characteristics.The results showed that 1) the capacity for adapting to the cold and drought environment of Q.acutissima,Q.aliena var.acuteserrata and Q.variabilis was stronger than that of Q.serrata var.brevipetiolata because of the higher vein density.2) The ability of transport of Q.acutissima and Q.aliena var.acuteserrata was stronger than that of Q.variabilis and Q.serrata var.brevipetiolata,because the vein distance,mean 2D area,mean 3D area and mean volume of areole were relatively smaller and vein density and areole density were larger.3) Higher vein and areole density of Q.acutissima,Q.aliena var.acuteserrata and Q.variabilis improved the abilities of supporting and resisting damage from exterior environment of leaves.
