摘要:
 以新疆引种栽培推广应用的平欧杂种榛3个品系为材料,采用L9(3)4正交设计,研究不同基质、生长激素种类及浓度对不同品系黄化萌条扦插生根的影响,揭示黄化萌条扦插的优势,进而探索促进黄化萌条扦插生根的关键因子及最适组合。结果表明,一定质量浓度的IBA、NAA、ABT均可促进黄化萌条扦插生根,试验以1 500 mg·L-1 IBA处理插穗效果最佳,其次为1 000 mg·L-1 NAA;不同基质处理对萌条扦插的影响效果具有显著性差异;与传统嫩枝、硬枝扦插相比较,黄化萌条生根率显著提高,根系质量上升。综合结论得平欧杂种榛黄化条扦插生根的最优试验组合为沙壤土∶锯末∶河沙=1∶1∶1基质辅以1 500 mg·L-1的IBA处理,不同品系间以新榛3号生根效果最佳。
Abstract:
 Taking 3 varieties of Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana as materials,effects on the survival rate and rooting of etiolated cuttings (ECs) were examined of different culture substrates,different types of growth regulators as well as their concentrations were examined by using L9(3)4 orthogonal test design to reveal the advantages of using ECs and key factors affecting the rooting as well as the suitable promoting combinations.The results showed that suitable concentration of IBA,NAA and ABT could promote the rooting of ECs.The preferable IBA concentration was 1 500 mg·L-1 IBA,followed by 1 000 mg·L-1 NAA.Significant differences in rooting were found among different substrates.Compared with the traditional softwood and hard wood cuttings,the rooting rate of ECs was significantly high and so did the root quality.It was concluded after comprehensive consideration that the best rooting results could be achieved after ECs were treated by 1 500 mg·L-1 IBA and cultured in sandy∶sawdust∶river sand with a proportion of 1∶1∶1,among different varieties,New hazel No.3 was the best.
