摘要:
 采用水蒸气蒸馏和GC-MS方法对云南松健康植株和受楚雄腮扁叶蜂不同程度取食危害植株松针挥发性物质进行了分析和鉴定。从云南松健康植株、严重危害植株、中度危害植株以及轻度危害植株的松针中分别分离出17、15、19种和13种挥发性化合物,共确定33种挥发物成分。并利用色谱峰面积归一法,通过HPMSD化学工作站数据处理系统测得各化合物成分在挥发油中的百分含量。结果表明,云南松受楚雄腮扁叶蜂危害后,松针中产生和释放的挥发性化合物成分和含量均发生了较大变化,且植株受害程度不同,挥发性物质成分和含量存在显著差异。
Abstract:
 The volatile oil from pine needles of health and Cephalcia chuxiongica grazed Pinus yunnanensis was extracted by steam distillation.Chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS.Totally,17,15,19,and 13 volatile compounds were extracted from health,seriously grazed,moderate grazed and slightly grazed plants,respectively,and 33 compounds were identified.The relative contents of the volatile constituents were calculated by data processing system of HPMSD chemical workstations.The results showed that the volatile composition and content of the pine needles of P.yunnanensis changed greatly when grazed by C.chuxiongica,and there were significant differences among different grazed plants.
