摘要:
 研究盐胁迫对梅花种子萌发的影响在指导盐碱地条件下梅花育苗生产及盐碱地区耐盐植物筛选时的重要意义。以梅花种子作为梅花耐盐性初步研究试验材料,同时以常用作梅花嫁接繁殖砧木的山桃种子作对照,设置NaCl含量分别为0.0%、0.2%、0.4 %、0.6%、0.8%、1.0% 6个浓度水平的盐胁迫处理,研究其萌发过程中发芽率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、保护酶活性、渗透调节物质含量的变化。结果表明,1)随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,梅花及山桃种子的发芽率均呈现逐渐降低的趋势。2)随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,种子MDA含量增加;SOD、POD活性呈先升高后降低的趋势;脯氨酸含量增加,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量略有增加;NaCl胁迫浓度越高,种子所受到的伤害越深。3)研究发现,‘丰后’梅种子具有一定的耐盐性,且‘丰后’梅种子较山桃的耐盐性强。
Abstract:
 It is important to study the effects of salt stress on seeds germination for guiding seedling production and screening salt tolerance plants under the condition of saline-alkali substrate.Prunus mume seeds were treated with 0.0%,0.2%,0.4 %,0.6%,0.8%,1.0% NaCl solutions.Prunus davidiana that was used as control were also treated with the same NaCl solutions,which commonly used as the rootstock for the grafting propagation of Prunus mume.The germination rate,content of malondialdegyde (MDA) and osmotic regulation substances and protective enzyme activity were measured in the germination process.The results showed 1) with the increase of the NaCl concentration,the germination rates of P.mume and P.davidiana seeds gradually reduced.2) During 30 d NaCl stress,the contents of MDA increased.The activities of SOD and POD of the seeds firstly increased but late decreased.The proline contents of the seeds increased,while the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents of seeds increased a little with high NaCl concentrations.The higher the salt concentration,the deeper the hurt to seeds.3) These results indicated P.mume ‘Fenghou’ seeds had not only salt-resistant ability,but also higher salt resistant than P.davidiana.
