摘要:
 蒙古沙拐枣(Calligonum mongolicm)繁殖栖息地的潜在分布预测及适生区划分对于该物种的保护与科学研究具有十分重要的价值。新疆是蒙古沙拐枣在中国境内分布最广的地区,占全国分布面积的4/5。借助ArcGIS空间分析技术和MaxEnt模型,利用蒙古沙拐枣的地理分布数据、Worldclim生物气候变量及人类活动强度数据对其在新疆的潜在分布区进行预测,并对预测结果进行适生区划分,同时分析影响蒙古沙拐枣空间分布的主导环境因子。结果表明,训练集的AUC值为0.906,测试集的AUC值为0.989,MaxEnt模型的预测结果可靠;蒙古沙拐枣的高适宜区主要位于哈密地区、吐鲁番地区、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州的若羌、且末县和昌吉回族自治州的东部地区;人类活动强度、年温度变化范围、最冷季降雨量、年降雨量和温度季节性变化是影响蒙古沙拐枣潜在分布的主导变量,贡献率总和达90.5%。本研究不仅提供了蒙古沙拐枣在新疆的适生分布划分,也为蒙古沙拐枣的栖息与环境因子关系方面的研究提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
 It is importance to predict the potential distribution and suitable growth area of Calligonum mongolicum for its protection and scientific research.In China,4/5 of C.mongolicum.are distributed in Xinjiang,which makes Xinjiang the most typical and suitable area.This research based on field practice,document analysis and geographic information from databases,using ArcGIS SIT (Spatial Information Technologies) and MaxEnt model,combining with geographic information,Worldclim Bioclimatic variables and human activities data to forecast the potential distribution of C.mongolicum in Xinjiang.According to the forecast,we divided the suitable area into different levels and analyzed the key environment factors.The results showed that the AUC of training set was 0.989 and the test set was 0.906,indicating that the prediction model was very reliable.It was found that the highly suitable areas for C.mongolicum included Hami,Turpan,Ruoqiang and Qiemo of Boyangol Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and eastern Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Changji.Human activities,annual temperature range,precipitation in the coldest season,annual precipitation and seasonal changes in temperature were the main factors that affected the potential distribution of C.mongolicum with a contribution of up to 90.5%.The results of this study not only established the suitable distribution areas of C.mongolicum in Xinjiang,but also would provide theoretical references for the research of the relationship between the existence of C.mongolicum and environment factors.
