摘要:
 研究枇杷花主要功能成分及抗氧化性在开放过程随着时间的变化规律,给其生产利用提供理论参考。在枇杷花开放后从11月2日开始,每隔7 d采样1次,测定黄酮、总酚含量及抗氧化性能的变化。结果表明,枇杷花开放过程中,黄酮、总酚含量及其抗氧化性能都随时间的推移呈现先升高再降低的变化趋势,并在11月底到12月初达到最大值;采用50%~75%的乙醇溶液具有较好的提取效果。因此对枇杷花的利用,应在11月底到12月初疏花有较好的功能性。
Abstract:
 To figure out the change laws of the main active ingredients and their antioxidant activities of loquat flowers with time,to provide references for loquat fruit production,samples were collected about every 7 days to analyze the flavonoids,total phenolics and antioxidant activites,starting on September 2 after flowering.The results showed that the contents of flavonoids,total phenolic and antioxidant activities increased and then de and a final decrease following time and the maximum was appeared from the end of creased with time,and the maximum values appeared around the end of November to the beginning of December.A better extraction result could be achieved when 50%-75% ethanol was used as solvent.Therefore,the end of November and the beginning of December was a better period to conduct flower thinning in terms of the utilization of loquat flowers.
