摘要:
 通过正交试验研究了竹OSB指接的较优工艺参数,以及指榫类型、施胶量和端压等3个因素对竹OSB指接材抗弯强度和抗拉强度的影响,并分析了竹OSB指接材的破坏形式。结果表明,较优工艺参数选用指榫类型Ⅲ,施胶量290 g·m-2、端压3 MPa时,竹OSB指接材的静曲强度、弹性模量和抗拉强度分别是58.46 MPa、8.05 GPa和18.41 MPa;指榫类型对竹OSB指接材的静曲强度和抗拉强度影响显著,对弹性模量影响不显著;施胶量和端压对静曲强度、弹性模量和抗拉强度影响不显著;竹OSB指接材的弯曲破坏形式主要有胶层破坏和指榫折断,拉伸破坏形式主要有胶层破坏、指榫折断和指接破坏引起的基材断裂。
Abstract:
 At present,only small-span bamboo oriented strand board (BOSB) is available in the market.In order to prepare big-span BOSB with finger-jointed lengthening technology,orthogonal design experiment was conducted to screen optimal parameters.The impacts of finger-jointing types,resin consumption and end pressure on the bending strength and tensile strength were investigated.In addition,the failure mode of finger-jointed BOSB was analyzed.The results showed that the static bending strength,elastic modulus and tensile strength of finger-jointed BOSB were 58.46 MPa,8.05 GPa and 18.41 MPa,respectively,when the optimal technique parameters were finger-jointing type: type Ⅲ,glue quantity: 290 g·m-2,pressure: 3 MPa.The finger-jointing type had significant influence on the MOR and tensile strength of BOSB,and little influence on MOE.The influences of resin consumption and end pressure on MOR,MOE and tensile strength were not significant.The bending destructive form of finger-jointed BOSB referred to destruction of adhesive layer and damage of finger-jointing part.The tensile destructive form of finger-jointed BOSB consisted of destruction of adhesive layer,damage of finger-jointing part and base material crack caused by damage of finger-jointing part.
