摘要:
 以中国大陆31个省级行政单元为样本,采用省际建成区绿地率空间面板数据,运用ESDA与GIS技术相结合的空间分析方法,探明1997-2014年我国省域建成区绿地率空间聚集、空间相关模式及其演变特征。结果表明:1)我国省域建成区绿地率存在显著的空间自相关性,且空间集聚程度呈现增强趋势。2)我国70%左右的省域属于高-高集聚或低-低集聚,高-高型主要分布在东部,低-低型集中于西部,地区间省域集聚类型差异是我国省域建成区绿地率空间分异的主要特征。3)通过局部空间自相关指数检验少数省域集聚类型的显著性强,对周边省域具有较强的辐射带动作用,而2/3以上的省域建成区绿地率空间集聚类型处于不稳定状态。本研究提出差异化、分类制定提升4大地区和省域建成区绿地率的政策建议,对实现国家建成区绿地率总体发展目标具有一定指导意义。
Abstract:
 It is of great significance to find out the spatial pattern and evolution law of green rate of built district in China to guide the formulation of policies in different regions and to achieve the overall development goals of the national green space rate.This paper used the spatial analysis methods of “Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis,ESDA” and “Geographic Information System,GIS” to explore the spatial aggregation,correlation patterns and evolution characteristics of the green rate in China,with 31 provincial panel data from 1997 to 2014.The results showed that 1) the green rate of built district presented strong spatial autocorrelation in the provincial level,and the degree of spatial agglomeration exhibited enhancing trend.2) About 70% of provinces in China belonged to HH or LL agglomeration,the provinces of HH type distributed in the eastern region,while the provinces of LL type distributed in the west.Regional difference was the main feature of spatial differentiation of green rate in China.3) The type of agglomeration in a few provinces was more significant,and these provinces had a strong radiation to the surrounding provinces,but other provinces’ type of agglomeration was unstable.Based on the conclusions above,this paper put forward policy recommendations to improve the green rate of built district in the four regions and provinces.
