摘要:
 为了解决实木门砂光效率低和质量不理想的问题,笔者设计了数控实木门砂光机。本研究首先对砂光机的整体结构进行设计,阐述砂光机的工作原理。其次,以横向砂光组件砂光过程中产生砂削力及所受载荷为例,建立相对应的数学模型,并进行了分析计算,完成横向砂光组件设计研究。最后,以分析计算的横向砂光组件砂光过程中所受砂削力及负载为基础,对横向砂光组件连接架进行静力学分析,获得相对应的应变云图、应力云图及变形云图,对横向砂光组件的力学性能进行校核并对其结构进行优化;通过模态分析,获得连接架前4阶的固有频率和振型,对横向砂光组件砂光过程中的的振动稳定性能进行检验,证明其结构的准确性。
Abstract:
 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and low quality in solid wood door sanding,a CNC solid wood door sander was designed from the overall structure and working principle.Taking the sanding force and the load generated in the sanding process of the horizontal sanding assembly as an example,the corresponding mathematical model was established,and the design of the lateral sanding component was completed.Based on the analysis and calculation of the sanding force and load in the sanding process of the horizontal sanding component,the static analysis of the lateral sanding component connection frame was carried out,and the corresponding stress,strain and deformation cloud images were obtained.The strength and stiffness check and optimization were carried out.Through the model analysis,the four-order natural frequency and vibration mode of the connecting frame were obtained,and the vibration stability during the sanding process of the lateral sanding component was tested to verify the rationality of the structure.
