 基于山西省森林资源调查和生态定位监测数据,依据《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》,建立森林生态系统综合评价指标体系,采用分布式方法测算了反映生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的11项因子16个指标,再通过层次分析法分层确定各个效益的权重,用综合指数法评价了2016年山西省天然林保护工程产生的综合效益。结果表明,山西省天保工程综合效益总价值为1 193.02亿元·a-1,是当年全省GDP的1.9倍,其中生态效益占78.83%,经济效益占19.30%,社会效益占1.87%。山西省天保工程综合评价指数为80.30,在生态效益中,以涵养水源、保育土壤和固碳释氧的价值占比最高(75%),而且阔叶林的总价值>针叶林。
Abstract:
 Based on the survey data of forestland resources and the monitoring data of ecological location monitoring stations in Shanxi Province,and according to the “Standard of Assessment the Forest Ecosystem Service Function”,a combination of quantitative method was established to build up a comprehensive evaluation index system for forest ecosystems,which involved 11 factors that reflected ecological,conomic and social benefits and 16 indicators.The three major benefit value weights were analyzed by stratified qualitative evaluation.The comprehensive benefits of the natural forests protection project in Shanxi Province in 2016 were evaluated.The results showed that the total ecological benefits of natural forest projects in Shanxi Province in 2016 valued 119.302 billion yuan,1.9 times of the province’s GDP,in which,the ecological,economic,and social benefits accounted for 79.23%,19.16%,and the and 2.05%,respectively.The comprehensive evaluation index of the natural forest protection project was measured to be 80.30.Among the ecological benefits,water and soil conservation,carbon fixation and oxygen release accounted for the most part (about 75%),and the overall value of broad-leaved forests was higher than that of needle-leaved forests.
