摘要:
 为找出鉴别橡胶树老幼态芽接无性系苗木的参考指标,并试图从形态和生理等参数解释橡胶树幼态无性系生长较快的原因,以1年生橡胶树芽接幼态无性系和老态无性系为试验材料,从苗木生长、叶蓬大小、叶片性状、光合特性和内源激素含量等方面进行了差异比较分析。结果表明:1)生长方面,橡胶树幼态无性系株高和地径极显著(P<0.01)大于老态无性系,参试的无性系株高幼态比老态植株大11.4%~13.3%,地径比老态植株大13.23%~32.04%;2)叶蓬和叶片性状方面,幼态无性系蓬高、蓬宽、叶长、叶宽、叶面积和比叶面积等均极显著(P<0.01)大于老态无性系,幼态无性系叶长、叶宽和叶面积分别约为老态的1.50、1.35倍和1.80倍,而叶脉密度和抽生角度极显著(P<0.01)小于老态无性系,老态无性系叶脉密度和抽生角度是幼态无性系的1.3倍和1.5倍以上;3)生理参数方面,幼态无性系叶片SPAD值、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、生长素及激动素含量均显著(P<0.05)高于老态无性系,脱落酸含量显著(P<0.05)低于老态无性系。表明橡胶树幼态无性系具有叶蓬宽而大、叶片长而大、茎干直立性好、净光合速率强、内源生长素含量高等优点,这些优点是决定其苗木生长较快的主要因素;同时建议将叶片大小、叶脉稀朗程度、接穗与砧木抽生夹角作为橡胶树花药体胚植株芽接无性系(幼态)及其供体芽接无性系(老态)苗木的鉴别指标之一。
Abstract:
 The objectives of this study were to find out the reference indices for the identification of the mature and juvenile budding clones of H.brasiliensis and to explain the reason of rapid growth from morphological and physiological parameters for the juvenile clone.The juvenile and mature budding clones of one-year-old Hevea brasiliensis seedlings were used as test materials to compare and analyze the differences in seedling growth,the size of extension unit (EU),leaf traits,photosynthetic characteristics and the contents of endogenous hormones.The results showed that,in terms of the growth,the plant height and ground diameter of juvenile H.brasiliensis clones were extremely and significantly (P<0.01) higher than those of the mature ones with the figures of 11.4%-13.3% and 13.23%-32.04%,respectively.In terms of the EU and leaf traits,the EU height,EU width,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area and specific leaf area of juvenile clones were all extremely and significantly higher (P<0.01) than those of the mature clones,with the figures of about 1.50,1.35 and 1.80 times,respectively,while the vein density and growth angle between bud and rootstock were extremely and significantly different (P<0.01),of which the mature clones were 1.3 and 1.5 times more than the juvenile clones.In terms of physiological parameters,SPAD value,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,auxin and kinetin contents in the leaves of juvenile clones were significantly (P<0.05) higher than those of the mature clones,while abscisic acid content was significantly(P<0.05)lower.In conclusion,the main factors that determined the rapid growth of juvenile clones of H.brasiliensis seedlings were wide and big EU,long and large leaf,upright stem,strong net photosynthetic rate an high content of endogenous auxin.It was suggested that the size of the leaves,the degree of vein thinness and clearness,and the angle between scion and rootstock could be used as the identification indices for herbal embryo budding clones (juvenile) and its donor budding clones (mature) of H.brasiliensis seedlings.
