摘要:
 以5个砧木(110R、1103P、3309C、SO4、5BB)嫁接的‘赤霞珠’及自根苗为试验材料,研究不同砧木对‘赤霞珠’生长势、光合特性、果实品质及产量的影响。结果表明,砧木110R显著提高‘赤霞珠’主干粗度,1103P显著降低叶面积,SO4显著降低主干和新梢粗度及叶面积,3309C和5BB对主干粗度、新梢粗度及叶面积均无显著影响。110R提高了‘赤霞珠’净光合速率和水分利用效率,SO4显著降低光合和水分利用效率,5BB显著提高了蒸腾、降低了水分利用效率,1103P和3309C对光合和蒸腾速率无显著影响。砧木1103P、3309C、SO4嫁接的‘赤霞珠’还原糖含量显著<自根苗,110R和5BB嫁接苗糖含量与自根无显著差异;SO4、3309C和110R显著提高了果实可滴定酸含量,1103P和5BB对酸含量影响不明显;3309C和SO4嫁接苗糖酸比显著<自根苗。5种砧木均提高了‘赤霞珠’果实总酚、单宁和花青素含量,其中以5BB和3309C为砧木果实总酚含量与自根差异显著,5BB明显提高了果实单宁含量,5种砧穗组合果实花青素含量均显著>自根。5BB和3309C嫁接的‘赤霞珠’亩产量较高,分别比自根增产9.88%和8.00%,SO4嫁接苗与自根产量接近,110R和1103P分别比自根减产13.72%和22.66%。
Abstract:
 Effects of five rootstocks (110R,1103,3309C,SO4,5BB) on the growth potential,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit quality and yield of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ were studied.The results showed that rootstock 110R significantly increased the trunk diameter,1103P significantly reduced the leaf area,SO4 obviously decreased the trunk and shoot diameter and leaf area,3309C and 5BB had no remarkable effect on trunk diameter,shoot diameter and leaf area.Rootstock 110R improved net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency,SO4 obviously reduced photosynthetic and water use efficiency,5BB significantly increased transpiration and reduced water use efficiency,1103 and 3309C had no obvious effect on photosynthesis and transpiration rate.The sugar contents of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grafted onto 1103,3309C and SO4 were significantly lower than that of self-roots,while 110R and 5BB showed no obvious difference in sugar content with self-roots; SO4,3309C and 110R significantly increased the titratable acid content,while 1103 and 5BB had no obvious effect on the acid content; 3309C and SO4 significantly decreased the sugar-acid ratio.Five rootstocks improved the total phenols,tannins,and anthocyanins of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.Rootstock 5BB and 3309C showed a significant raise in total phenol content,5BB obviously increased the tannin content,and the anthocyanin content of five rootstock combinations was significantly higher than that of self-roots.The yields of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grafted onto 5BB and 3309 C were higher,with the increases of 9.88% and 8.00%,respectively,the yield of SO4 grafted seedlings was close to that of self-roots,and 110R and 1103P reduced the yields by 13.72% and 22.66%,respectively.
