摘要:
 为合理地选择和配置城市绿化植物,使城市绿化达到景观和保健疗养的需求,采用旷场试验,连续6 d测定了碰碰香和车轴草茎叶挥发物对小白鼠自发行为的影响。结果表明:1)小白鼠嗅闻碰碰香茎叶挥发物后运动总路程明显降低(P≤0.05),兴奋性减弱。2)小白鼠嗅闻车轴草茎叶挥发物后中央格运动路程/运动总路程(C/T)增加、探索能力提高,碰碰香反之。3)碰碰香茎叶挥发物能明显提高小白鼠的进食量(P≤0.05),提高率为对照组的7.55%~26.23%,而车轴草茎叶挥发物对小白鼠的食欲无明显影响。4)碰碰香和车轴草挥发物都能明显改善小白鼠的紧张焦虑情绪,使其粪便颗粒数显著<对照组(P≤0.05),且碰碰香的效果明显高于车轴草。5)碰碰香和车轴草茎叶挥发物都能提高小白鼠的体质量,且碰碰香的提高率明显高于车轴草(P≤0.05)。总体而言,碰碰香茎叶挥发物可以使小白鼠神经系统兴奋性降低,探索能力下降,不适宜在科研环境、试验室等栽植;而车轴草茎枝叶挥发物可以增强小白鼠的探索记忆能力、使其精神放松,建议在学习环境、娱乐环境、医院病房多植,有助于提高工作效率,降低病人的焦虑性。
Abstract:
 In order to rationally select and configure urban greening plants and to make urban greening meet the needs of landscape and health care functions,an open field test was conducted to examine the effects of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the stems and leaves of Plectranthus hadiensis and Galium odoratum on Kunming mice for successive 6 days.The results showed that 1) the total moving distance of the mice significantly decreased(P≤0.05)after sniffing P.hadiensis,and the excitability decreased.2) After sniffing G.odoratum stems and leaves,the mice central grid distance/the total moving distance (C/T) increased,the exploration competence also increased,but P.hadiensis presented the opposite results.3) The VOCs of P.hadiensis significantly increased the food intake of the mice(P≤0.05),and the increase rate was about 7.55%-26.23% higher than the control group,while G.odoratum had no significant effect on the appetite of the mice.4) Both the VOCs from stems and Leaves of P.hadiensis and G.odoratum significantly improved the tension and anxiety of the mice,so that the number of fecal particles was significantly lower than that of the control group (P≤0.05),and the effect of P.hadiensis incense was obviously higher than that of G.odoratum.(5) Both the VOCs from P.hadiensis and G.odoratum could increase mouse body weight,and the rate of increase in the P.hadiensis group was higher than that in the G.odoratum group (P≤0.05).In general,the VOCs from the stems and leaves of P.hadiensis reduced the excitability of the mice nervous system and decreased its exploration competence,indicating it was not suitable to be planted in scientific research environment.The VOCs of G.odoratum could enhance the exploration and memory ability of the mice,and also relaxed the mind.It was recommended to plant more in the learning environment,entertainment environment,and hospital wards,whichcould be helpful to improve the working efficiency and to reduce the anxiety of patients.
