摘要:
 以尾巨桉与降香黄檀幼苗作为盆栽试验材料,设置2种不同根系分隔模式:塑料膜隔(SB)与不隔(NB),不同施N水平:对照组(CK)、3 g·盆-1(N1)、6 g·盆-1(N2),研究尾巨桉与降香黄檀间作模式下对光合生理特性和叶N含量的影响,测定植物叶片的净光合速率Pn、气孔导度Gs、胞间CO2浓度Ci、蒸腾速率Tr、叶N含量Nleaf、光合N素利用率(PNUE)。结果表明,施N能显著提高尾巨桉与降香黄檀的光合生理特性;根系不分隔处理提高了尾巨桉光合生理特性,但对降香黄檀有抑制作用。尾巨桉在NB-N2处理下Pn显著高于(10.99%) SB-N2处理,降香黄檀在SB-N2处理下Pn显著高于(8.74%) NB-N2处理。尾巨桉与降香黄檀的叶氮含量与其光合生理特性间存在极显著关系,尾巨桉与降香黄檀Nleaf分别与GsTrPn之间存在极强正相关性,NleafCi之间存在极强负相关性。桉树引入固N树种混交,可有效提高其光合作用效率,是提高其生产力的主要措施。
Abstract:
 Mixing nitrogen-fixing tree species is one of the main measures to solve the series of ecological problems caused by developing pure eucalyptus forest.The current studies on mixing nitrogen-fixing tree species mainly focused on the interactions of underground parts.It is unclear if the mixed system would affect the utilization of some above-ground resources.Taking potted Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis and Dallergia odorifera as experimental materials,two different root separation modes:root-no barrier (NB) and root-solid barrier (SB) and different nitrogen addition levels:control,N1(3 g/pot),N2(6 g/pot)were designed to study the effects of intercropping modes on photosynthetic physiological characteristics and leaf nitrogen content.Relative parameters of two species were determined,such as net photosynthetic rate(Pn),conductance(Gs),intercellular carbon dioxide CO2 concentration (Ci),transpiration rate (Tr),leaf nitrogen content(Nleaf),photosynthetic nitrogen utilization (PNUE).The results showed that the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of the two plant species were significantly improved with nitrogen application.NB treatment improved the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of E.urophylla×E.grandis,but inhibited those of D.odorifera.The Pn of E.urophylla×E.grandis under NB-N2 treatment was significantly higher (10.99%) than that of SB-N2 treatment,and the Pn of D.odorifera under SB-N2 treatment was significantly higher (8.74%) than that of NB-N2 treatment.There was significant correlations between the leaf nitrogen content and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of two plant species.Strong positive correlations were found between Nleaf and Gs,Tr and Pn,and strong negative correlation were found between Nleaf and Ci.It was concluded that the introduction of nitrogen-fixing tree species could effectively improve the photosynthetic efficiency of E.urophylla×E.grandis.
