摘要:
 在纤维板生产过程中添加无机阻燃剂,能显著提高其阻燃性能,这对于人身安全至关重要。通过使用氢氧化铝与硼酸锌复配改性中密度纤维板来研究其阻燃性能,对制备的阻燃纤维板进行热重/差示扫描量热以及锥形量热分析。结果表明,无机复配阻燃剂可以显著提高纤维板的热稳定性(残余物量达45%)和烟释放量(降低60%),均显著高于氢氧化铝或硼酸锌单独处理时的阻燃纤维板。利用无机阻燃剂自身不同的阻燃机制,发挥协同效应,可以实现高性能阻燃剂的配制和阻燃纤维板的制造。
Abstract:
Fiberboard is widely used in furniture,in door decoration,and other areas.The flame-retardant performance of fiberboard is very important for the safety of our daily life.The addition of inorganic flame retardant in fiberboard significantly improves its flame retardancy.In this paper,the flame-retardant properties of medium density fiberboard (MDF) modified by aluminium hydroxide (ATH) and zinc borate (ZB) were studied.Thermogravimetric/differential scanning calorimetry (TG/DSC) and cone calorimetric analysis were carried out on the prepared flame-retardant MDF.The results demonstrated that the thermal stability and the total smoke production (TSP) of the MDF were significantly improved by the composite inorganic flame-retardant,which resulted in residual ratio of 45% in TG measurement and TSP reduction of 60% in CONE analysis.These data were significantly higher than those of the flame retardant MDF treated with ATH or ZB alone.The preparation of high-performance flame retardants and the manufacturing of flame-retardant fiberboard could be realized by using different flame-retardant mechanisms of inorganic flame-retardants,leading to excellent synergistic effects.
