摘要:
 采用百度试验法研究了6种人工林大径级桉树(27~29年生)木材的干燥特性。结果表明,细叶桉、尾叶桉和大花序桉木材初期开裂等级均为5级,赤桉为4级,巨桉和粗皮桉均为3级,主要为端裂、端表裂、表裂和贯通裂;干燥结束后大部分试件出现内裂,尾叶桉木材内裂等级为5级,细叶桉和巨桉木材内裂等级均为4级,赤桉、粗皮桉和大花序桉内裂等级均为2级;巨桉、尾叶桉、赤桉、粗皮桉、细叶桉和大花序桉木材截面变形等级分别为5级、4级、3级、3级、2级和1级;巨桉、粗皮桉和大花序桉木材扭曲等级均为3级,细叶桉、赤桉和尾叶桉木材扭曲等级均为1级;细叶桉、赤桉、巨桉、尾叶桉和大花序桉木材干燥速度均为5级,粗皮桉木干燥速度为4级。6种桉树木材均属于难干木材,多裂,易变形。本研究拟定的干燥基准,可用于木材加工企业干燥人工林大径级桉树木材参考,为人工林大径级桉树木材的实木化加工利用提供理论依据。
Abstract:
 One hundred degrees Celsius drying method was adopted to study the drying characteristics of the large diameter grade woods of six Eucalyptus (27-29-year-old) species collected from the plantations in Guangxi.The results revealed that the initial checks mainly included the end,end-surface,surface and transfixion checks.E.teretcornis,E.urophylla and E.cloeziana woods met the requirements of the 5th grade,E.camaldulensis wood met the requirements of the 4th grade,both E.grandis and E.pellita woods met the requirements of the 3th grade.Most of the specimens showed internal cracking after drying,and the internal cracking of E.urophylla wood was in the 5th grade,the internal cracking of the E.teretcornis and E.grandis woods were in the 4th grade,the internal cracking of the E.camaldulensis,E.pellita and E.cloeziana woods were in the 2th grade;the degrees of cross-section deformation of E.grandis,E.urophylla,E.camaldulensis,E.pellita,E.teretcornis and E.cloeziana woods were in the 5th,4th,3rd,3rd,2nd and 1st grade,respectively;the twist deformation of the E.grandis,E.pellita and E.cloeziana woods met the requirements of the 3rd grade,and E.teretcornis,E.camaldulensis and E.urophylla met the requirements of the 1st grade.The drying speed of the Eucalyptus pellita was in the 4th grade,and another five species were in the 5th grade.The results revealed that the six species of Eucalyptus woods were hard to be dried with the drying characters of serious cracking and easy deformation.The drying standard proposed in this study could be used as a reference of drying large diameter grade Eucalyptus woods from plantations in wood processing plants,and to provide a theoretical basis for the processing and utilization of eucalyptus solid wood with large diameter grade.
