摘要:
 为探索外源水杨酸(SA)对盐胁迫下酸枣幼苗生长抑制的缓解效应及其生理机制,以酸枣幼苗为材料,采用盆栽控制试验,对100 mmol·L-1 NaCl处理下酸枣幼苗叶面喷施不同浓度SA(0、0.4、0.8、1.2、1.6、2.0、3.0 mmol·L-1),分析净光合速率及抗氧化酶活性,筛选出缓解效果最佳的SA浓度,并测定植株组织离子含量。结果表明,不同浓度SA喷施能提高盐胁迫下幼苗的净生长高度和净光合速率(Pn),喷施0.8 mmol·L-1SA 较T100分别提高了111.4%和100.5%,缓解盐胁迫的效果最佳。外源喷施SA降低了叶片中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,在0.8 mmol·L-1SA处理下MDA比T100处理组降低了34.7%;同时也增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,提高抗坏血酸(AsA)和可溶性蛋白的含量,较高浓度SA会抑制过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。叶面喷施0.8 mmol·L-1 SA显著减少盐胁迫下酸枣幼苗体内Na+含量,提高Ca2+的含量,S0.8比T100处理组幼苗地上与地下部分Na+含量分别降低了8.1%和10.0%。外源SA能够提高酸枣幼苗抗氧化能力,清除活性氧,保护膜的正常结构和功能,减少植物对Na+的吸收和促进Ca2+的积累,缓解盐胁迫对酸枣的伤害,提高植株净光合速率和生长量。
Abstract:
 The objective of this study was to explore the mitigating effect of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) on the growth inhibition of wild jujube seedlings under salt stress and its physiological mechanism.Seedlings of Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa were cultured in pot that were subject to salt stress with 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl.SA solutions with different concentrations (0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0,3.0 mmol·L-1) were sprayed on the leaves of jujube seedlings.The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and antioxidant enzyme activity of the plants were analyzed.Optimal concentration of SA to mitigate the growth inhibition was screened.The contents of ions in the plants were determined.The results demonstrated that exogenous SA could improve the net growth height (NGH) and Pn of the seedlings under salt stress.When the concentration of SA was 0.8 mmol·L-1,the NGH and Pn increased by 111.4% and 100.5%,respectively,compared with the seedlings without spraying SA (control,T100),indicating that the optimal SA concentration was 0.8 mmol·L-1.The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the leaves decreased after spraying SA,34.7% lower than the control when the SA concentration was 0.8 mmol·L-1.SA treatment elevated the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD),and also increased the content of ascorbic acid (AsA) and soluble protein content,but high SA concentration inhibited the activity of catalase (CAT).With 0.8 mmol·L-1 SA treatment,it significantly reduced the Na+ content in the seedlings under salt stress,and promoted Ca2+ absorption.The Na+ contents in the above ground and underground parts of the seedlings in the S0.8 treatment group decreased by 8.1% and 10.0%,respectively,compared with the control.The study confirmed that exogenous SA treatment improved the antioxidant capacity of wild jujube seedlings,removed reactive oxygen species,and protected the normal structure and function of cell membrane,reduced the absorption of Na+ and promoted Ca2+accumulation,the damage of salt stress on wild jujube seedlings was alleviated,and the Pn and growth amount of the plant increased.
