 采用碳纤维纸经安装电极作为电热层,以半固化酚醛树脂覆膜纸作为胶合材料和绝缘材料制备电热功能复合纤维板,研究其电热性能,测试分析微观形貌、物理力学性能及电绝缘性能。结果表明,加载500 W·m-2功率密度连续通电60 min后表面能达到26.4℃温升,辐射面不均匀度为4℃;功率密度与其温升呈线性相关;连续通电24 h过程中电阻下降率呈现先增大后稳定的趋势,通电24 h后下降率为4.2%;500 W·m-2功率密度通断电150次后电阻下降率仅为0.95%,具有良好的电热稳定性;工作温度下泄漏电流和热态绝缘电阻均符合相关标准要求;酚醛树脂渗透碳纤维纸形成了良好的胶接结构,内结合强度达到1.85 MPa。
Abstract:
 Taking the carbon fiber paper installed with electrodes as the electric heating layer,and the semi-cured phenolic-formaldehyde resin coated paper as the adhesive material and insulation material,the electrothermal performance,microscopic morphology,physical and mechanical properties,and electrical insulation properties were analyzed.The results showed that the electric heating fiberboard could reach a surface temperature rise of 26.4℃ when the power density was 500 W·m-2 after 60 min and the radiant temperature uniformity on surface was 4℃.The applied power density was linearly related to the temperature rise.In the process of continuous electrification for 24 h,the drop rate of resistance increased first and then stabilized at 4.2%.The drop rate of resistance after power-on and power-off for 150 times under 500 W·m-2 power density was only 0.95%,indicating good electrothermal stability.Leakage current at the operating temperature and hot insulation resistance could meet the related standard requirement.Phenolic resin permeated in carbon fiber paper to form a good bonding structure,by which the internal bonding strength of the electric heating fiberboard achieved 1.85 MPa.
