摘要:
 为研究和探讨干旱荒漠区常见药用经济植物罗布麻和大花白麻种子萌发期耐盐性特征,以罗布麻和大花白麻种子为试验材料,测定不同温度条件下种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、幼苗长度等指标。结果表明:1)低温和高温均会显著抑制种子萌发,罗布麻种子发芽率较高的范围为10℃~35℃,发芽率在82.5%~95.83%;大花白麻种子发芽率温度范围为10℃~40℃,发芽率在88.33%~94.17%。2)罗布麻和大花白麻发芽指数出现最大值的温度不一致,罗布麻在20℃出现最大值,发芽指数为54.20,大花白麻在35℃出现最大值,发芽指数为66.13。3)低温和高温均会影响罗布麻和大花白麻种子萌发进程,温度在10℃和40℃时罗布麻发芽进程缓慢,最终发芽率仅为80.83%和62.5%,而大花白麻仅在40℃发芽进程缓慢,最终发芽率也高达88.33%。表明在低温和高温对罗布麻种子发芽进程影响比大花白麻大。4)罗布麻和大花白麻胚芽和胚根长度出现最大值的温度均为30℃,长度分别为0.73 cm和0.69 cm、0.54 cm和0.61 cm。低温和高温使罗布麻和大花白麻胚芽胚根均显著降低,对幼苗生长产生了显著影响,在同一温度条件下,罗布麻的胚根胚芽长度大于大花白麻。综合分析大花白麻和罗布麻各项发芽指标,表明罗布麻和大花白麻适宜的种子发芽温度范围分别为15℃~35℃、10℃~35℃,大花白麻种子对温度的耐受性强于罗布麻。
Abstract:
 In order to study the salt tolerance characteristics of the seeds of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum hendersonii,two common medicinal and non-timber plant species in arid desert area,seeds of the two species were used as test materials to determine the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seedling length and other indicators under different temperatures.The results showed that 1) both high and low temperatures could inhibit seed germination.The temperature range resulting in high germination rate of A.venetum seeds was 10℃-35℃,under which the germination rate ranged from 82.5% to 95.83%.For P.hendersonii,the temperature range was 10℃-40℃,and the germination rate was 88.33%-94.17%.2) The temperature under which the maximum germination index appeared was inconsistent.For A.venetum,it was 20℃,with a maximum germination index of 54.20,while for P.hendersonii,it was 35℃,with a maximum germination index of 66.13.3) At 10℃ and 40℃,the germination process of A.venetum seeds was slow,and the final germination rate was only 80.83% and 62.5%,while that of P.hendersonii seeds was slow at 40℃,and the final germination rate was 88.33%.The results showed that the germination process of A.venetum seeds was more sensitive to low and high temperatures than P.hendersonii.4) The temperature of the maximum length of A.venetum germ and radicle was 30℃,and the length was 0.73 cm and 0.69 cm respectively; the length of radicle of P.hendersonii germ appeared at 30℃ and the length was 0.54 cm and 0.61 cm respectively.Both low and high temperatures significantly reduced the germ and radicle of both germs,and significantly affected the growth of seedlings.A comprehensive analysis of the germination parameters of P.hendersonii and A.venetum showed that suitable seed germination temperature ranges for P.hendersonii and A.venetum were 15℃-35℃ and 10℃-35℃,respectively.The seed of P.hendersonii was more tolerant to temperature than that of A.venetum.
